摘要
高考之前,考生们在心理和生理方面都会出现一系列的压力反应。这些压力主要外部来源包括社会压力、家庭压力和人际关系方面,内部主要来源于过强的动机、青春期的困惑及性格方面。面对这些压力,考生及家长们可以从以下几个方面做出调整:正确认识压力、调整家庭氛围、积极自我暗示、适当进行运动、注意饮食习惯、调整作息规律、寻求社会支持、及时寻求疏导,从而有效缓解压力。
Before the college entrance examination,candidates will appear in a series of psychological and physiological stress response.The main sources of stress include social stress,family stress,and interpersonal relationships.The main sources of the stress are the over motivation,the confusion and the personality.In the face of these pressures,students and parents can make adjustments from the following aspects: correct understanding of pressure adjustment,family atmosphere,positive self suggestion,proper exercise,diet habits,adjust the schedule,seeking social support,timely seek counseling,in order to effectively alleviate the pressure.
