对高职院校学生干部队伍建设的思考

高职院校学生干部是学生中的骨干力量。是密切学校和学生之间联系的纽带,是学生工作队伍的核心。这些年来,随着高职教育的发展,高职院校数量、质量快速提高,每年的毕业生人数和普通本科院校的毕业生数量相当。但有关高职院校学生干部队伍建设方面的探讨却明显滞后,已经远不能符合现实发展的需要,加强对其理论上的研究和实践层面的探索尤为迫切。

Higher vocational college student cadres are the backbone of the students. It's the link closely related between the school and students, and it's the core of the student work team. In recent years, with the development of higher vocational education, the quantity and quality of higher vocational colleges are increasing rapidly, and the number of graduates and the number of graduates of ordinary colleges and universities is quite high. However, the discussion on the construction of the contingent of student cadres in higher vocational colleges is obviously lagging behind, which is far from meeting the needs of the development of reality.
