截至2016年3月底,全国机动车保有量达2.83亿辆。随着社会汽车保有量的不断增加,高校教师购置车辆的数量呈现快速上升的态势,社会车辆和人员进校数量也不断增加,校园交通安全隐患日益突出。在此背景下,高校应当从校园道路规划、校园交通安全设施、管理手段、学生交通安全教育等方面着手,切实提升校园交通安全管理水平,维护校园交通安全秩序,确保师生人身安全。
