“校政企”合作模式下旅游管理专业教学改革的途径

On the Teaching Reform of Tourism Management Specialty under the Cooperation Mode of "School, Government and Enterprise"

在强调理论与实践结合的教育思想中,注重培养学生对所知识的应用能力。高校、政府、企业三者构成的"校政企"合作模式是高校培养实践应用型人才的一种途径,但也存在许多的问题。旅游管理专业作为实践性和应用性很强的学科,不能仅靠课堂的理论教学。高校、政府和企业三者合作,从理论到实践上共同培养具备实际能力的人才,推动旅游管理专业教育的革新,是一种良好的途径。本文旨在结合高校、政府和企业三者之间的关系、利益以及合作存在的问题,对旅游管理专业教学改革提出了一些建议。

In emphasizing the combination of theory and practice, we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability to apply knowledge. The cooperation mode of 'school enterprise and government', which is composed of three universities,governments and enterprises, is a way to cultivate practical talents in Colleges and universities, but there are also many problems. Tourism Management Specialty as a practical and applied discipline, can not rely on the classroom theory teaching. It is a good way to cultivate the talents with practical ability from theory to practice, and to promote the innovation of Tourism Management Specialty in Colleges and universities, government and enterprises in three aspects. This paper aims at the relationship between the universities, the government and the enterprise, and the problems of cooperation.
