摘要
分子生物学是生物技术专业学生必修的一门重要基础课程。由于分子生物学理论知识更新快,实验技术发展快,加之内容较为抽象,可从合理利用教学方法、提倡分组讨论,开展小班教学、利用网络资源,提升自主学习能力、建立形成性评价体系、以及优化实验教学体系等方面进行教学改革,以提高生物技术专业分子生物学的教学效果,培养知识、能力、素质协调统一的应用性、复合型生物技术专业人才。
Molecular biology is an important basic course for students majoring in biotechnology. Due to update the theory of molecular biology knowledge quickly, the development of experimental technology, fast, and the content is more abstract, from the rational use of teaching methods, to promote discussion, to carry out small class teaching, the use of cyber source, enhance the ability of autonomous learning, establish evaluation system, and optimize the experimental teaching system and other aspects of teaching reform, in order to improve the specialty of biological technology molecular biology teaching effect, cultivate unity of knowledge, ability and quality, application of compound bio technology professionals.
