Exploration on the Construction of Teachers' Professional Ethics in "Occupational Moral Code of Primary and Secondary Teachers"

教师职业道德是教师职业素养的关键要素,加强教师职业道德建设不仅关乎学生的成长,更是国家和社会发展的要求。通过分析不同时期《中小学教师职业道德规范》的文本,找出其对师德规定的共同点,为我们更进一步建设教师职业道德指明方向。

Teachers' professional ethics is the critical element of teachers' professional accomplishment. Strengthening the construction of teachers' professional ethics is not only related to the growth of students, but also the requirement of national and social development. This paper tries to analyze 'Occupational Moral Code of Primary and Secondary Teachers' of different periods in order to find out these texts' shared ideas of the provisions on teachers' morality, and indicates the direction for us to further develop teachers' professional ethics.
