从职业题材电视剧中的女性形象浅谈女大学生就业指导中的思想政治教育

在毕业生的就业指导中,思想政治教育的指导是不可缺少的一环。尤其是女大学生就业观、职业素养、就业形势和政策的教育,对其今后的就业择业有着至关重要的意义。本文通过分析近年来热度较高的几部职业剧中的女性形象,探讨女大学生就业指导中的思想政治教育,从而引导女大学生可以在就业前,就能树立正确的"三观",深入了解目前的就业形势和政策,提升自己的职业素养。

The guidance of Ideological and political education is an indispensable part in the graduate employment guidance.Especially the female college students' employment concept, professional quality, employment situation and policy education,it is of great significance for the future employment. In this paper, through the analysis of female images of the high heat of the occupation in recent years, to explore the ideological and political education of female college students in employment guidance, so as to guide the female college students in employment, we can establish the correct 'three outlooks', in-depth understanding of the current employment situation and policies, improve their occupation accomplishment.
