摘要
高校辅导员作为一线工作者,肩负着重要的历史使命。针对辅导员工作的繁复性特点,本文就做好辅导员工作提出几点思考:提升师德修养,构建与大学生和谐关系,在思想政治教育中注入"五位一体"生态文明教育。
As a front-line worker, college counselors shoulder important historical mission. According to the complex characteristics of counselors' work, this paper puts forward several suggestions: to enhance the moral education and the construction of college students' harmonious relationship, into the 'five in one' ecological civilization education in the ideological and political education.
