摘要
高职院校绩效工资制度改革从2010年开始施行,随着改革的进一步推进,绩效工资在调动全校教职工工作积极性、提升教学质量、吸引优秀人才等方面发挥了越来越重要的作用,但仍然存在着不少问题。本文论述了绩效工资制度改革在高职院校实施过程中存在的主要问题,并对如何完善绩效工资改革制度做了初步探讨。
Objective The performance wage system reform in Higher Vocational Colleges came into effect in 2010, with the?development of the reform, performance salary has played a more important role in the mobilization of all the staff working enthusiasm, improving the teaching quality, and attracting outstanding talent, but there is still many problems existing. This paper discusses the main problems existing in the implementation of performance pay system reform in higher vocational colleges, and makes a preliminary discussion on how to improve the reform of performance pay system.
