摘要
文章首先介绍了突发事件背景下,以美国大选作为研究案例,分析了新媒体所表现出来的正面以及负面作用,其次是概括了新媒体与政治的契合性,和社交媒体在突发事件中所面临着的问题,指出了新媒体与突发事件的良性互动。最后指出政治传播基于社交媒体的途径,有利地推动了民众大量参与政治、起到了使民众降低门槛,有效参与互动讨论、有效监督政治的作用。
The article first introduces the background of emergencies, the United States election as a research case, the analysis of the new media showed positive and negative effects, followed by a summary of the new media and political fit,and social media in emergencies The problems faced by the new media and the unexpected events of the positive interaction.Finally, it points out that political communication is based on the social media, which has promoted the participation of the people in politics. It has played the role of reducing the threshold, effectively participating in interactive discussion and effectively supervising politics.
