摘要
首先对冶金专业毕业生就业能力进行钢铁企业评价调查,确定企业对毕业生能力的需求维度;并采取信息、课程、校企合作等针对性强的就业指导对策提升冶金专业毕业生的就业能力;通过就业指导措施的实施取得良好的效果。
First, the employability of graduates of metallurgy of iron and steel enterprises evaluation survey, determine the enterprise demand dimensions on the ability of the graduates; and take information, curriculum, school enterprise cooperation for employment guidance countermeasures to enhance the employability of graduates of metallurgical strong; and achieved good results through the implementation of the employment guidance measures.
