通过对高校基层党建现状和特点的分析,借助互联网+新媒体信息技术的手段,本文提出了高校移动党建研究建设的必要性,并根据我校基层党建管理特点进行了党建移动信息平台设计,致力于建成一个全校开放统一的不受时空限制、多方联动的党建信息移动应用平台,推进基层党建工作方式的转型,增强党组织的影响力,夯实党的群众基础,巩固党的执政地位。
