高校资助工作体系存在的问题与对策分析

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Aid System in Colleges and Universities

随着高等教育事业的蓬勃发展,我国高等教育的规模不断扩大,其中贫困大学生的数量与规模也在增大。近几年,我国对贫困大学生的帮扶工作全方面展开。在开展过程中,各种问题逐渐显现,如贫困大学生的认定、贫困大学生的心理问题和就业问题等等。本文对近几年高校资助贫困大学生工作中出现的部分问题进行了阐述、分析并提出了一些解决建议。希望进一步完善高校的资助制度,为贫困大学生创造一个更好的资助环境,并实现资助育人的目标。

With the development of the Higher education, the scale of the higher education in China is expanding. The number and scale of the poor college students are increasing. In recent years, our country has carried out all aspects of helping the poor college students. In this process, problems gradually appeared, such as the identification of poor college students, the psychological problems of poor college students and the employment problems. This paper expatiates, analyzes and puts forward some suggestions on some problems that have arisen in college funding in recent years. We hope to further improve the funding system in universities, create a better funding environment for poor college students and achieve the objectives of educating people.
