医学研究生教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。目前,课程教学的创新意识不足、导师队伍建设的滞后和研究生自身原因等因素影响了医学研究生科研创新能力。因此,高校应通过改革课程教学、加强导师队伍建设、增强研究生创新意识和提供良好的创新环境等手段来提高医学研究生的科研创新能力。

Medical graduate education is an important part of higher education in China. At present, the lack of innovation awareness of course teaching, the lag of tutor team construction and the graduate student's own factors and other factors affect the innovation ability of medical graduate students. Therefore, in order to improve the innovation ability of medical graduate students, colleges and universities must reform the course teaching, strengthen the construction of tutor team, enhance the innovative consciousness of graduate students and provide a good environment for innovation.
