摘要
同伴教学法(Peer Intruction,PI)在国内外教学领域具有较大的影响。改教学方法是在教学课堂中引入测试题,学生同伴之间相互施教、共同进步的教学方法,目的是帮助学生更好地掌握相关概念。针对食品工艺综合实验课程的特点,将同伴教学法引入到实验教学环节中,起到促进学生知识、能力、素质的协调发展作用,提升实验教学效果。
Peer Instruction(Peer, PI) has a great influence on the teaching at home and abroad. The teaching method is to introduce the test questions in the teaching class, the teaching method that the students teach each other and make progress together. According to the characteristics of the course of food technology comprehensive experiment, the peer teaching method is introduced into the experimental teaching, which plays an important role in promoting the development of students' knowledge, ability and quality.
