欧盟援助中亚国家高等教育的动因及路径——以乌兹别克斯坦为例

Motivation and paths of EU's Support to Central Asian Countries in Higher Education——Take Uzbekistan as an example

教育是欧盟援助中亚国家的优先领域,其三大高等教育对外合作支持计划:"坦普斯计划"、"爱拉斯谟世界计划"与"爱拉斯谟+计划"完善了中亚国家高等教育体系现代化进程,提升了高等教育质量,促进了高校地区融合与对外合作。借鉴欧盟高等教育对外合作计划对中国与"丝绸之路经济带"沿线国家高等教育的合作与共同发展有很大裨益。

European Union gives priority to education field in terms of supporting Central Asian countries. Three external cooperation support programs of higher education namely Tempus Programme, Erasmus Mundus Programme, Erasmus + Programme, make great contribution to optimizing higher education modernization of Central Asian countries, enhancing higher education quality as well as promoting regional integration and external cooperation. Drawing on the experiences from EU's external cooperation support is beneficial for higher education cooperation and common development between China and the countries along'the Silk Road Economic Belt'.
