本科生助教制度在本科教学改革中的实践探索 被引量:7

摘要 当前本科教学中大班教学、合班教学现象普遍,尤其是基础课和专业基础课合班以后虽然节约了教师及设施资源,但是教学效果明显受到一定影响,其主要表现是教师与学生的沟通不足对知识的掌握度整体下降,以及对知识掌握和理解的均衡性。很多的西方教育体系是通过规范的学生助教体系来解决上述问题。本文旨在通过本科生助教在本科教学中的实践,总结在专业基础课课程实行本科生助教教学的主要困难和障碍,以探索本科生助教广泛采用的方法,寻求教学制度上的支持。 The current class teaching in undergraduate teaching, class teaching phenomenon, especially basic and specialized basic courses after class while saving teachers and facilities, but the teaching effect is obviously affected, the main performance is the lack of communication between teachers and students to master the knowledge of the overall decline, and the balance of knowledge and understanding. Many western education systems solve these problems through a standardized student assistant system. This paper aims at the undergraduate teaching assistant in the undergraduate teaching practice, summed up the main difficulties and obstacles in the course of the undergraduate teaching assistant teaching of professional course, in order to explore the methods widely used for undergraduate teaching assistants, institutional support.
