"纲要"课程是大学本科生必修的一门公共政治理论课,文章从课程体系设置的目的、"纲要"在课程体系中的地位、教材编写的体例等方面进行分析,进一步理清了"纲要"课不单是一门历史课、更是一门思想政治理论课的课程性质并提出了相应的授课建议。

An Outline is a compulsory public political theory course for undergraduates. The article makes an analysis by centering on the aspects such as the objective of the setup of the course system, the position of An Outline in the course system and the style of textbook compilation, thus further clarifying that An Outline is not only a course of history but also an ideological and political theory course. In addition, corresponding suggestions on teaching the course have been proposed.
