The Research of the Implicit Moral Education Management Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges

鉴于高职院校德育管理面临的问题,开展高职院校隐性德育管理机制的研究,本文通过阐述高职院校隐性德育管理的理论基础和基本特征,以及高职院校隐性德育管理机制框架三方面内容完成相关研究,既能体现隐性德育管理的艺术性和科学性,又为高职院校德育管理模式的推陈出新提供依据,有效解决高职院校德育管理面临的问题。

There were many problems in moral education management of higher vocational colleges, it researched the implicit moral education management mechanism of higher vocational colleges. This paper described the theoretical basis, basic characteristics, and management framework. They belong to the implicit moral education management of higher vocational colleges, it reflected artistic property and scientific property. It also provided evidence to innovation of moral education management. They solved problems which were faced by moral education management of higher vocational colleges.
