摘要
当今社会是一个开放自由的社会,人才也在市场上自由流动,图书馆作为服务性机构,为更好地服务社会,维持正常的运营秩序,也不得不面对人才流失所造成的困局,及时对图书馆人才储备的变化作出反应。储备图书馆人才是确保图书馆得以持续发展的重要措施。
Today's society is a free society, talent in the market freely, the library as a service organization, to better serve the society, maintain the normal order of operation, also have to face the loss of talent caused by the dilemma, timely change of Library Talent Reserve to respond. Reserve library personnel is an important measure to ensure the sustainable development of libraries.
