摘要
随着我国各大高校国际化教育进程的大力推进,高校中外合作办学项目取得了蓬勃发展,初步满足了国家和个人的需求。中外合作办学项目中跨文化交际能力的培养,学生既需要吸收传统教育教学的精华,又要积极探索符合自身发展的培训模式,以便能够真正提高自身的跨文化交际能力。但是,由于我国国际化教育教学能力有所欠妥,所以导致中外合作办学项目中学生跨文化交际能力有所下降,人才培养受到影响。本文就根据近几年以来我国高校中外合作办学项目中跨文化交际能力的培养现状出发进行了分析,并且根据问题提出了相应的解决措施,以便能够真正提高学生的跨文化交际能力。
With the great progress of internationalization education in China's major universities, the Sino foreign cooperative education programs in Colleges and universities have developed vigorously, and have met the needs of the state and individuals. The cultivation of intercultural communicative competence in Chinese foreign cooperative education projects, students not only need to absorb the essence of traditional education, and actively explore the self-development of the training mode, in order to truly improve their intercultural competence. However, due to the lack of internationalization in our country's educational and teaching abilities, the intercultural communicative competence of Chinese students in the Sino foreign cooperative education programs has declined and talent cultivation has been affected. According to the present situation in recent years, the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence of Chinese foreign cooperation in running projects in China are analyzed,and according to the problems and puts forward some corresponding measures, in order to truly improve the students' intercultural communicative competence.
