The value of artisan spirit is embodied in 'fine, diligent, executive, happy, new'. These characteristics play a special role in the process of personnel training. Based on Marx theory of postgraduate training as an example, through multi angle analysis of the artisan spirit, so that the idea of adhering to artisan spirit, cultivate high-quality graduate professional talents,meet the national 'four comprehensive' strategy and 'five in one' in the construction of the overall layout of high-end talent demand.
