高职院校校内技能大赛的问题与对策分析

Problems and Countermeasures of Skills Competition in Higher Vocational Colleges

在国家大力提倡开展技能大赛提高教育教学质量的大背景下,各高职院校纷纷加大对技能大赛的重视及投入,提高了学生的实践能力。但在开展技能大赛过程中,很多高职院校往往只重视有利于学校发展的校外技能大赛,而忽视了实践教学有效组成部分的校内技能大赛。文章从高职院校校内技能大赛的重要意义、存在的问题及对策等几方面进行分析。

Under the great background of vigorously promoting skills competition and improving the quality of education and teaching, all higher vocational colleges have increased their attention and devotion to skills competition, thus improving their practical ability. However, in the process of skills competition, many vocational colleges often attach importance to the outside school skills competition which is beneficial to the development of schools, while ignoring the effective part of practical skills.This paper analyzes the significance, existing problems and countermeasures of the intramural skills competition in higher vocational colleges.
