基于产业转移背景下英语人才校企合作机制探讨

A Probe into the Mechanism of College-Enterprise Cooperation for English Talents under the Background of Industry Transfer

对产业转移背景下,永州地区英语人才校企合作机制建立做了分析,提出了通过营建校外实习基地以加强校企产学研合作、基于企业需求订单式人才培养、教师深入企业挂职以建设双师双能型教学队伍、加大实习教学比例以让学生深入企业学习实践等方式以加强校企合作,服务永州地区经济发展。

This paper analyzes the establishment of the mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation partnership for English talents in Yongzhou area to which industries transfer. To adapt to the regional economic development, college-enterprise cooperation should be strengthen through reforms as the construction of the practice base outside the school, the placing of orders to train talents, building of dual-type teaching team, and the increase of the proportion of teaching practice.
