课堂组织教学技能是课堂诸多教学技能之一,是确保课堂教学井然有序与质量高效的一种重要手段。文章对高校青年教师课堂组织教学技能存在的问题进行了分析,找出了引发这一问题的原因和课堂管理性组织、指导性组织、诱导性组织技能存在的具体问题;并针对此问题提出了切实可行的解决对策。这对促进高校青年教师提高课堂组织教学技能将有裨益。

Classroom teaching skills are one of the classroom teaching skills, and it is an important means to ensure classroom instruction in good order and quality and efficiency. This paper analyzes the existence of young college teachers' classroom teaching skills, find out the specific problems caused by this problem causes and classroom management organization, guidance and organization, induction of organizational skills; and puts forward feasible countermeasures to solve. It will benefit young college teachers to improve their classroom teaching skills.
