摘要
本文采用文献分析法,并结合笔者的教育实践经历,针对小学数学教师对学生的评价存在评价内容单一、评价言语匮乏、评价主体单一等问题加以分析,总结出教师对课程标准的认识偏差、教师的专业知识匮乏、学校升学制度的影响、教师的思维定势等原因。并提出教师应终身学习、评价方式多元化、评价多主体、即时性评价与延时性评价相结合等策略。
This paper adopts the method of literature analysis and combines his own educational practice experience, on the basis of problems such as single content, deficient evaluation and single subject of evaluation in the primary school mathematics teachers' assessment on student, summarizes the reasons including the teachers' deviation of perception of courses, teachers' lack of professional knowledge, the influence of the advanced studies and teachers' feeling depressed. Accordingly, it suggests that teachers improve their evaluation of students through lifelong learning, diversify evaluation methods, multi subject evaluation, immediate evaluation and delayed evaluation.
