高校思想政治教育的主要内容包括道德行为的教育、爱国主义教育以及理想信念教育等三个方面。在新的时期,高校辅导员在开展思想政治教育的时候面临着各方面的挑战。本文首先对新时期高校辅导员思想政治教育工作进行了概述,分析了高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的现状以及面临的挑战,提出了提高辅导员思想政治教育工作效果的措施。

The main contents of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities include three aspects, such as moral behavior education, patriotism education and the education of ideals and beliefs. In the new period, college counselors are faced with various challenges in carrying out ideological and political education. This paper firstly summarizes the ideological and political education work of College Counselors in the new period, and analyzes the status quo of college counselors' Ideological and political education as well as challenges, and introduces measures to enhance the working effect of counselors in Ideological and political education.
