摘要
食品分析是食品专业学生的必修专业基础课,食品检验与分析实验是该课程的主要配套实验教学。教学团队以提高学生动手实践能力和创新精神为目标,进行了优化课程内容、增加综合性实验、引入热点检测项目、加强对比型实验操作、引入网络教学、改革实验报告册、考核标准改进等一系列措施。已在教学实践中取得了良好的效果。
Food analysis is a required basic course for students majoring in food. Food testing and analysis experiment is the main supporting experiment teaching. The teaching team to improve students' innovation spirit and practice ability as the goal,to optimize the curriculum content, increase the comprehensive experiment, introduce the hot test items and contrast experiment operation, the introduction of network teaching, reform of experiment report book, assessment criteria such as a Letos improvement. Good results have been achieved in teaching practice.
