摘要
本研究主要探讨坚韧性人格对大学生求职行为的作用机制,深入了解大学生的人格特点以及求职状况,能够更好地指导大学生就业。研究结果表明:(1)坚韧性人格,求职行为在性别、专业、生源地、是否是独生子上没有差异。(2)坚韧性人格与求职行为具有显著的正相关,并且坚韧性人格对求职行为具有显著的预测作用。
The purpose of this study is to explore the effect mechanism of hardiness on College Students' job seeking behavior,and to further understand the personality characteristics and job seeking status of college students, so as to better guide the employment of College students. The results show that:(1) the hardiness of the job seekers has no difference in sex, profession,origin, and whether it is the only child.(2) hardiness is positively related to job seeking behavior, and hardiness has a significant predictive effect on job seeking behavior.
