摘要
针对民办高校的学生特点,本文尝试引入了现代管理学中的激励理论,探讨了其在学生教育管理工作中的意义和具体应用,希望能提供有益的借鉴及启示。
In line with the characteristics of students in private colleges and universities, this paper discusses the application of Motivation Theory in the education management of students, mainly focusing on the practice and the significance of applying the theory and putting forth some possible suggestions for some related research.
