Library Management Experience

图书管理工作的对象是图书的流通,它的一头是图书,一头是读者,这就决定了图书馆管理工作必须对图书和读者需求有深入的了解。本文根据笔者多年的的图书管理经验,从图书管理员与书籍的关系、图书管理员与读者的关系、图书管理工作自身这三组关系谈了自己工作多年的心得体会。

The object of book management is the circulation of books, and one end is books, and the one end is the reader,which determines that the library management must be in-depth understanding of the books and the needs of readers. The paper talks about the understandings and experience form years of works as librarian in three aspects: the relationship between librarian and books, librarian and readers, and book management itself.
