应用型人才视野下开展体育教育专业学生实训工作探析

随着社会复杂程度以及专业程度提高,社会工作岗位日趋专业化,应用型人才成为社会之需求。在此背景下,如何开展体育专业实训工作以培养专业化应用型人才成为体育教育专业必然面临之问题。为了使得体育专业能够实现与社会之对接,本文对体育专业学生实习工作进行了深入剖析,通过反思实训工作中之问题,进一步挖掘开展以体育为学习内容的学生实训工作之方法,从而使得学生专业应用能力得以提升,实现与社会之对接。

With the increase of social complexity and professional level, the social work is becoming more and more specialized, and the application oriented talents become the demand of society. In this context, how to carry out the sports professional training work to train professional application-oriented talents has become a major problem facing the physical education profession. In order to make professional sports to achieve docking with the society, the sports professional students practice indepth analysis, through the reflection on the training work, to further tap the sport training work for students learning content and methods, which makes the application ability of students can be improved, to achieve docking with the society.
