"卓越计划"是我国教育改革的重大项目,也是我国教育领域的重大国家战略。遵照《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》和《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的相关要求,为促进我国工程教育高速发展,使我国工程教育迈向更高台阶,教育部联合相关部门设立此计划。研究卓越计划实施过程中课程设置、教学方式和毕业设计指导等具体培养要素,有利于完善卓越计划培养模式,深化教学改革,提高教学质量。

'Excellent plan' is a major project in China's educational reform, and also a major national strategy in the field of education in china. In accordance with the 'national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)' and the 'national long-term talent development plan(2010-2020)' of the relevant requirements, to promote the rapid development of China's engineering education, the engineering education in China to a higher level, the Ministry of education, the relevant departments jointly set up the plan. Studying the specific training factors such as curriculum setting, teaching methods and graduation design guidance in the implementation of the excellent plan will help to perfect the training mode of excellent plan,deepen the teaching reform and improve the quality of teaching.
