随着我国教育事业的发展,中小学教师作为教师队伍的基础力量,作用不可小觑,加强中小学教师的管理,充分发挥中小学教师的潜能,对学校教育的发展具有特殊的意义。马斯洛的需要层次理论,为中小学教师的管理、最大限度激发他们工作的积极性以及保证教师的稳定性,提供了理论依据。
With the development of China's education, primary and secondary school teachers as the basic power, teachers' role should not be overlooked, strengthen teachers' management, give full play to teachers' potential, is of special significance to the development of school education.
