摘要
本文先介绍A企业的背景,然后简介A企业外派人员。接着分析A企业外派人员管理中存在的问题,并对A企业外派人员管理存在问题进行了原因分析;通过原因分析,提出利用改善环境、建立薪酬等级、岗位分级及晋升通道、培训机制、加强情感培养及荣誉激励等六个方面的激励对策,从而解决A企业外派人员的现存问题。
This article first introduces the background of A enterprise, and then introduces A enterprise expatriates. Then the analysis of expatriate management in A enterprises, analyzes the reasons of the problems and expatriate management of A enterprise; through the analysis of the reasons, put forward the improvement of the environment, the establishment of salary levels, job classification and promotion channels, training mechanism, strengthen the emotional training incentive measures in six aspects to support and honor encouragement, so to solve the existing problems of A enterprise expatriates.
