随着时代不断的发展变更,高校思想政治教育工作也在不断革新,网络信息逐步的充斥着现代生活。而运用正确的方法来发掘大学生先进典型,很大程度上可以帮助引导当代大学生坚定其理想信念,进而成为当代有理想、有担当的优秀青年。在此大背景下,本文针对现阶段我国高校大学生思想政治观、人生观、价值观变化的新特点,从几个方面具体阐述对大学生先进典型发掘机制的研究。

With the continuous development and change of the times, ideological and political education in Colleges and universities are also constantly innovating, and network information is gradually flooded with modern life. And the correct way to explore the advanced model of college students, to a large extent, can help guide contemporary college students to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, and then become the contemporary young people with ideals and commitment. In this context, this paper aims at the new characteristics of the ideological and political outlook, outlook on life and values of college students in our country at this stage, and expounds the research on the excavation mechanism of college students' advanced models from several aspects.
