摘要
目的:探讨幼儿教师复原力的现状及对策。方法:采用复原力量表对77名幼儿教师进行调查。结果:幼儿教师复原力处于中等以上的水平,总体水平较好,家人支持最好、情绪稳定性排在最后面。幼师的复原力水平低于中年女性、专业护士,和师范生总体情况相近,略好于小学教师。各部门应提高幼儿教师工资待遇和工作环境、完善社会支持系统,以帮助幼儿教师提升心理复原力水平。
Objective:To explore the status of the resiliency of preschool teacher. Methods:By resiliency scale, a sample of 77 preschool teachers were tested. Results: The resilience of preschool teachers is above average, and the overall level is better.Their family support is the best, and emotional stability is at the back. The resilience level of kindergarten teachers is lower than that of middle-aged women and professional nurses, which is similar to that of normal students, and is slightly better than that of primary school teachers. All departments should improve the salary and work environment of preschool teachers and perfect social support system to help preschool teachers improve their resilience levels.
