摘要
目的:研讨神经内科脑卒中患者护理康复方法以及效果。方法:选取本院自2013年6月~2016年6月收治的58例脑卒中患者,将患者进行随机分组研究,对比两组护理效果。结果:经分组对比研究,观察组的护理总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组的护理不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在常规护理基础上加上早期康复护理,可以有效提高护理有效率和降低不良反应发生率,值得临床应用和实践。
Objective: To study the methods and effects of nursing rehabilitation for stroke patients in neurology department.Methods: 58 patients with stroke were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June ~2016. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, and the effect of the two groups was compared. Results: after grouping comparative study, observation group nursing total efficiency was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), with statistical significance; nursing care of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: combined with early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing, it can effectively improve the efficiency of nursing and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application and practice.
