基于职业能力框架的会计人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on Training Mode Based on Accounting Professional Ability Framework

随着经济的不断发展,实务界对会计人员职业能力的要求也在逐渐提高。制定出适当的会计人才培养模式并提高会计人员的职业能力是各高校会计专业的重要任务。本文基于会计职业能力框架的要求,指出我国目前会计人才培养模式的主要缺陷并提出改进措施。

With the continuous development of economy, the requirement of the professional ability of Accountants has gradually improved. It is an important task of Accounting Specialty in Colleges and universities to work out appropriate training mode of accounting talents and improve their professional ability. Based on the requirements of the framework of accounting professional ability, this paper points out the major shortcomings of the current accounting personnel training model and proposes improvement measures.
