The instructor plays a key role in the training of postgraduates in 'serving national special needs'. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the tutor team in the cultivation of professional degree graduate students and 'serving the national special needs', and puts forward the countermeasures to the construction of the mentor team in the postgraduate education of professional degree.
