电大开放办学资源在社区教育师资团队建设中的优势研究——以台州社区大学为例

Study on the Advantages of Utilizing Education Resources of Radio and TV University in the Construction of Community Education Teaching Staff——A Case Study of Taizhou Community University

文章通过对社区教育与开放教育内涵的分析及相关文件的解读,指出二者的共同目标都是构建全民终身教育。但由于各方面的原因,社区教育的师资团队存在不够稳定、结构单一、力量单薄且缺少专门的培训等缺陷,文章以台州社区大学为例,通过对电大开放教育各项优势的分析,提出电大参与社区教育对解决社区教育师资团队问题的可行性。

Through the analysis of the connotation of community education and open education and the interpretation of related documents, this paper concludes that the common goal is to construct lifelong education for all. However, due to various reasons, the community education teaching staff is not stable and there are some weaknesses such as the single structure, the shortage of capable teachers and the lack of specialized training, etc. Taking Taizhou Community University as an example,this paper analyzes the advantages of open education of Radio and TV University and the feasibility of solving the problem by utilizing the teaching staff of Radio and TV University in community education.
