大学生的职业素养与其思想政治理论教育分不开,但要达到应有的效果,只考虑大学阶段的职业素养教育是远远不够的,我们应该从小学的品德规范开始,再结合初中、高中的职业伦理知识,切实强化职业道德、职业意识的内化过程。
