摘要
在城市化的进程中,越来越多的进城务工人员将子女随迁至城市学校就读,随着经济发展和社会结构不断的变化发展,进城务工子女的教育问题日益凸显。本文就此展开研究,从社会、家庭、学校及学生心理多角度进行讨论,通过综合比较和归因分析,在以生为本为原则,促进进城务工子女个性全面发展为前提下,提出了相应的建议。
In the process of urbanization, more and more migrant workers with children will be moved to city schools, with the changing of economic development and social development, the proble Tm of migrant children's education has become increasingly prominent. This article launches the research, from society, family, school and student psychological multi angle discussion, through comprehensive comparative analysis and attribution, the student oriented principle, promote the migrant children's individuality all-round development as the premise, corresponding suggestions are put forward.
