校企合作共建高职院校学生社团新模式——以杭州科技职业技术学院为例

当前高职院校学生社团存在师资欠缺、资金短缺、设备少缺、管理稀缺等"四缺"制约瓶颈,校企合作共建高职学生社团模式能够有助于学校教学活动,丰富发展第二课堂,将企业文化更好的融入高职校园文化建设中,形成校、企、社"三赢"局面。学徒导师制、产学项目化、融资创客型三种校企共建社团模式成为重点突破口。
