目前,我国医学院校的评估模式多以终结性评价为主,轻过程、重结果,这在一定程度上不适应创新人才培养模式的需求。在医学院校建立形成性评价体系有助于客观评价医学生的学习能力和综合素质、教师的教学方式及质量,具备动态性和反思性。
