摘要 首先指出,为了有效地减少或消除"边缘人",新疆地区的职业院校有必要实施双语教育,有必要进行双语教学模式的创新。其次,对一种可有效地消减"边缘人"的双语教学新模式暨中职"1+3"混班双语教学模式的基本特征进行了诠释。第三,以博州中等职业技术学校为例表述了这一新模式的实践。最后表明了,这一双语教学新模式的凸显作用与能效。 First of all, in order to effectively reduce or eliminate the "marginal people", Xinjiang vocational schools need to implement bilingual education, it is necessary to bilingual teaching mode of innovation. Secondly, it explains the basic characteristics of bilingual teaching mode which can effectively reduce the "marginal person" and the basic characteristics of the "1 + 3" class bilingual teaching mode. Thirdly, the practice of this new model is illustrated by the example of the secondary vocational and technical schools in Bozhou. Finally, it shows that the new model of bilingual teaching highlights the role and energy efficiency.
