A Study on the Construction of Academic Guidance Team for College Students

文章以开展学业指导的意义引题,模拟构建了大学生学业指导团队,探讨了由辅导员、导师、学部(学院)学业指导员、朋辈伴读员、企业专家组等组成的队伍,如何落实学业支持、学业预警、学业规划等工作内涵,初步构建了专兼职结合、辅导员和专业教师密切配合、教师与学生亲密协作,社会和家庭多维度支持,现场教学和远程教育手段互为补充的全员参与、全方位、立体化的学业指导格局。

The paper started from the significance of academic guidance, and simulated the construction of the academic guidance team for college students composed by counselor, tutor, faculty(college) academic instructor, peer companion and enterprise expert group, and next, discussed how to make academic support, early academic warning, and academic planning workable. High participation and comprehensive academic guidance pattern has been established in this paper, which covered the combination of full-time and part-time, the close collaboration of counselors and professional teachers, the intimate collaboration of teachers and students, the multi-dimensional support of society and family and the complement of on-site teaching and distance education.
