地方高校院系科研评价体系构建的研究——以常州大学学院科研评价体系构建为例

Research on the Construction of Scientific Research Evaluation System in Local Colleges and Departments——Taking the evaluation system of scientific research in Changzhou University as an example

切实可行的科研评价体系对促进地方高校的创新成果产出和创新人才的培养具有指导性的作用。该文对院系科研评价体系构建时指标选取的原则,考核评价体系的构建和量化指标的计算进行了阐述。并以常州大学为例,选取了具有代表性的四个学院对科研评价体系的量化计算、特色及存在的不足进行了探讨。

A practicable evaluation system of scientific outcome could play a guiding role in improving the output of innovative achievements as well as the cultivation of innovative talents in local colleges and universities. In this paper, the principle of indexes for the evaluation of scientific outcome, the construction of evaluation system, and the quantitative calculation of evaluation indexes are discussed. Taking Changzhou University as an example, we selected four representative colleges to demonstrate the quantitative calculation, characteristics and defect of the evaluation system.
