高校财务管理工作中财务监督存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Supervision in the Financial Management of Colleges

随着高校规模不断壮大,高校越来越重视内部财务监督和控制。所以高校只有进一步完善高校的财务监督和控制的机制才能使得高校的内部财务监督和控制的机制更加健全。基于此,本文对高校财务管理工作中财务监督存在的问题与对策进行研究。主要目的是为了能够提高高校财务管理人员的财务监督意识,提高人员素质,完善高校财务内部控制制度体系,完善高校内部财务监督形式和方法,从而提高高校财务管理水平。

With the expansion of the colleges, colleges pay more and more attention to the internal financial supervision and control. The internal mechanism of financial supervision and control of the university could be more perfect only if the mechanism is further improved. Based on this, this paper studies the problems and countermeasures of financial supervision in university financial management. The Main purpose is to raise awareness of the financial supervision of financial management in colleges, improve staff quality, improve the system of colleges' internal financial control system, and perfect the internal financial supervision in colleges' form and method, so as to improve the level of financial management in colleges.
