摘要
现代学徒制是以培养技能型人才为目标的"校企联合培养"与"双师共同指导"。这种机制拥有更加积极学习、更快提升技能的突出优势,但机制运行中也遇到冷热不均、投入不够等问题。应从以下四方面完善:一、建立科学规范的工作室引入、考评与淘汰机制;二、建立刚性的顶岗机制;三、制定创新人才培养的激励政策;四、制定参与人才培养的促进政策。
Modern apprenticeship is based on the training of skilled personnel as the goal of "school-enterprise co-cultivation" and "double co-instruction." Such a mechanism possesses outstanding advantages of being more active in learning and upgrading skills faster, but problems such as uneven heat distribution and inadequate investment have also been encountered in the operation of the mechanism. It should be perfected in the following four aspects: First, to establish a scientific and standardized studio to introduce, appraise and eliminate the mechanism; secondly, to establish a rigid post mechanism; thirdly, to formulate an incentive policy for training innovative personnel; and to formulate a promotion policy for participating in personnel training.
